Decided to inject some LIFE into this blog after God knows how many years.. It's been a grueling 2 years of my life in NS.

Different aspects of my life were affected,
Socially I had army friends, church friends and my sec sch friends. All neglected in some way.
Emotionally I had my M16 Rifle which was my wife for 2 years, Thank You, you will be remembered.. Not
Physically I had grown fitter. Flubber coming back again.
Mentally I had become "smarter", How do you find the area of a right angled triangle?

Spiritually I had become distant
Now that I have ORDed, I'm picking my life back starting spiritually..
Heb 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Wooo wheee! I love IT!
I have been on attachment to Ministry of Trade and Industry for the past 1.5 weeks! I think the environment here is really great since i'm allowed to use HP and MSN and talk on phone during work!
Well thank God coz He helped me start off the IT corner webpage for MTI's IT section by giving me a few ideas and i have had very very very good remarks from my supervisor to my lecturer! God give me that A!

Oh well.. It seems tt some of my aunties are pissed with me.. Frankly speaking, i don't really care because for the past 3 years we've never relied on them for survival because we Jehovah Jireh, my family's provider!
I thank God that my mom and 3 of us rely so much on God and put our trust in Him and it is miraculous that we could have survived for so long! 3 whole years!
Anyway all i can say is that i have relatives who are so childish and don't walk the talk!
What happened to the help u guys promised after my dad passed away?
For the last 3 years I have nvr received a call from you! Where were you?! And you dare say that blood is thicker than water?! You don't want to associate yourself with my mom!? but we 3 are my dad's, your bro's children that's why if we need help you will be there?!
Oh pls! What do you know about raising children?!
What do you know about having to worry about your children's education, their wellbeing and at the same time thinkin of how to provide for the family?!
If you do not want to associate yourself with us, that's fine.. after all you were never there since how long ago? i can't remember already!

I tried telling myself to love you guys but sorry, i'm weak but i'm trying, when i received that SMS frm you. It sorta confirmed with me that i have only 4 aunties, 4 uncles.. instead of 5 aunties, 4 uncles!

Hey hey.. drove a 105 km today! Wow.. must thank God for keeping me safe and sound while driving today hehe~! Although i told myself that I'm goin to control mi mileage but it seems it was too addictive!
Anyway had a slight quarrel with a relative because of the car.. well it seems they only bother to call me or my siblings when something big happens other than that it seems like i don't hear from them at all..

Oh well.. Problems with gear box.. no light! muz change after 1000km servicing!

I thank God for His blessings to me and my family.. Apparently mom has decided to buy a car because she said before she left for Australia that if i passed my test the first time it would be God that helped me pass!
Well Amen to tt and it came to pass!

Anyway, heavy responsibilities come with the car,
1. Buy groceries
2. Send siblings ard -_-"
3. Visit Grandma
4. Go church every sunday
5. Buy dinner/lunch/breakfast whatsoever
6. Fetch CG members to SP
7. Be a blessing to those who need a ride ;)

Basically with my new toy, I have also taken over the role of being a chauffeur from my mom!
Well i just have to learn how to manage my funds because i'll be bearing the heavy costs of parking, petrol and maintenance etc. Good learning experience eh?

Anyway all the best to my bros who are taking their TP in 1 weeks time, Ken and Vin! Come join the club and we can go for supper yeah?

Update of mom:
Mom has been doing great lately, been telling me about her church experiences. She's been visiting many churches in Melbourne and recently she's been to Hillsongs in Sydney because the company requires her to be there for about 2-3 mths! Btw Hillsongs are selling their CDs for 29.90! so buy in LE better yeaH? loL!

Drained by FYP, still going on! Thank God for His supernatural strength and wisdom!

The tester that tested me is famous for failing guys and passing girls only! Seems that he is a lao tiko! That's what my instructor said! He said something like I very heng ah that fella must be in a good mood for me to pass! Well I know that fella is in a good mood because God is on my side! Thanks for praying for me!

Here's a summary of my DEMERITS although some I didn't commit, he just tick also.. I got 18 pts btw 20 is fail rite? LoL!

Insufficient Acceleration - 2 pts (-_-" should be overaccelerating)
Change lanes too abruptly - 8 pts
Improper Turning(wide turn) - 0 pts cause commit once only
Failure to check Blindspot - 4 pts committed 3 times!? I check until head almost drop off!

Sigh.. Just 1 more day Mom's goin to Aust.. wun be seeing her for months.. starting to miss her already.. Anyway her flight's at 10am Sunday, 15 August..
I'm just very angry right now with people.. people who throw tantrums, people who are short tempered.. My mom is definitely the strongest person besides Christ!
She plans far ahead for our futures.. making sure we are able to further our studies aboard!
It definitely beats people who just talk talk talk and don't do anything! Enough is enough..

Woot just picked up tennis a few days ago, its not as easy as it looks but my friend's coach said i had talent haha! Nothing surprising though.. Anyway thank God for giving me the job at Jack's place because since they were looking for people with experience only, was almost tempted to provide false info that i had experience.. but thank God i didn't and it pays to be honest cause i got the job.. to have faith is to leave everything in His hands and believing that He is able!

Whew just got back frm a farewell gathering organised by my mom's sis! I can see that lotsa people are alrdy missing my mom(tt includes me ^^) well the date of departure has been extended to August 14 or 15 because of some unsettled stuff in the company in Singapore!
A gentle reminder for myself to be thriftier from now on because if mom buys a car, i will have reduced allowance..
Mom has sold her car already and the car would be collected on monday, and is considering whether to get a Lancer.. Gotta pray about it and ask God for directions because if the car is bought, i have to help with the payments as well! Anyway.. thank God for blogging cause apparently shoeann read my past 2 posts and saw that i was lookin for a company for my final year project and she knows that son of the boss of the wallet shop.. influential eh? lol! Thank God for her ! Gonna call the boss on monday and yes by faith I'll be successful in convincing him ya?

WooT~! Apparently, there's a buyer for my mum's present car, so happy! Some of you might be thinkin why i'm so happy that my mum selling her car and when I get my license next month(By Faith) got no car to drive? Mom's plannin to buy a new one after I pass, well u can say that's good news cause the present Hyundai has plenty of probs hahaha!

Anyway, helped a young lady change her car tire while i was waiting for bus to school hahaha! Poor lady cant even lift her punctured tyre so i decided to help out..

CEll today was good, wow had 4 new comers today and i do hope they will continue to come for CG from today on, its encouraging to see the ECH girls in our CG bring so many friends! Cont. to work hard for God, end of the year you prolly can bring your whole class to church ya? ^_^

WOo.. Well there was some conflict today during project discussion.. many people are starting to feel pressured and stressed out even when its in the beginning.. i thank God he used me to resolve the conflict and emotions were withdrawed when we were in discussion.. Anyway gotta work harder!
Wanna thank the CG guys for prayer on patience with people, i must say i was voted project leader after resolving the conflict which is just going to push me to work harder and lead the group better! haha i know v. hao lian! All glory to God yeah? and i boast in the LORD!

Woo.. read k1's blog and realise he sit there quiet quiet only but is actually sensitive to the happenings ard him.. Anyway i think for Unity we can't just wait for Unity to happen.. It requires initiative to be taken to open up to the rest of a group and by taking that bold step people will slowly open up.. If everyone is just so quiet and won't talk, probably everyone will be the same, i thank God that the CG i just slowly being able to crack jokes and laugh during fellowship because that brings us closer to each other! Haha the wonders of chicken rice eh?!
Anyway i still wanna emphasize on Prov 29:1..
Whenever someone is being corrected, there has to be acceptance of his/her mistakes and thus begin to chance.. and in 2 Chronicles 36 does say that God will not allow his children to live in sin.. Thus if we don't correct ourselves, we can be sure that He will discipline

Well.. Haven't updated blog for awhile coz no time and webby was down.. Urgh~! This is gonna be a tuff sem for me because im having my final year project!

Anyway i have been doing tutorials consistently for 2 weeks, i wanna thank god for that supernatural strength and wisdom that he has given me while studying.. studying is definitely different with God guiding you.. the same when you're reading His Word.
Events that took place a few days back is the Combined Leaders Meet where we had dinner as a body of the church leadership and ministry people.. the food wasn't bad haha had 2 packets! Time to cut down eh?:D Pastor Colin was crappy during the teaching of the ministry class, well if he didn't share funny experiences as well as suaning Pastor Clarence, I guess some of us would have fallen asleep eh? ;)
Speedlight had a play called X-Town which was really great especially the part where Amos got X-ed, it sorta remined me of the part where Christ got crucified in PassionOfTheChrist.. great acting Amos!^^ Anyway the Xes were so little when pasted on Amos.. If we were to see the real Christ get pasted with Xes we prob. dont have enough space to stick the Xes on.

K, im off to do my tutorial before watching CSI, kinda like it after watching it at Engie's house lol!ZzZz..

First Day of Year3 Life..

Urgh Czech won Den by 3 goals to nil.. no upset this quarter match i guess.. Anyway during the Leaders Meet, learnt something very important, when we always run around, getting busy with ministry/cell group stuff, we forgot the most important thing, which is to sit down at His feet and wait on Him, and CG on sunday was great.. i found out lotsa stuff about my members, their spiritual life and their feelings on them taking up CG Leadership.. ^_^ Apparently, they kinda remind me of myself ahhaha!
Oh well.. its 10:42 now.. school starts at 1pm.

CG Outings

Whew had 2 CG outings during this week and I must say that thru this outing i have got to know my members and poly cell ppl better^^
CG I'm leading: Well we met up for lunch at Sakae Sushi, played pool and chit chatted at Subway. Members can be really evil as they made me share the cost of the sushi set thingy when i only had a few pieces haha well found out that all my members including the 2 Co-Leaders really cmi at pool played like 3 games in 1 hr -_-" anyway know about the problems my members are facing in ministry well thank God that they have shared with me abt it^^
CG I'm attending: Urgh~ a day just spent on eating and fellowship is really a fun way to bond the CG together but i think most of us were overloaded at the end of the day, with Char Kway Teow, Beef Noodles, Turkish Ice Cream and Kebabs, Chicken Curry, and Chicken Rice! Spent almost 8 dollars on bus fare getting from one place to another! It was really great getting to chat with the rest and getting to know them better, considering the fact that i'm not a regular haha!

One thing i learnt today is that within a CG or ministry/church, it is always best to go beyond the usual Hi/Bye thing with one another and actually get to know that person as more than an acquaintance, i thank God that i'm in a CG!

Anyway just woke up after watching Croatia Vs England with Vinnia, ken, chia, jia, cel, lin, JH, Gie and Bert, wanna thank gie and bert for being such good hosts yeah? Urgh~! Croatia lost 4-2 and Ong and Bert were like celebrating like there's no tmr in front of the "Croatia" fans haha! really had a great time last nite. k Its time to go meet my cg for lunch ahahaha, been awhile since i went out with them anyway !

Well it has been almost 2 and a half years since my dad passed and today's Father's day. It seems every Father's Day I'm constantly reminded of my dad, hearing John share today that he has not said "I Love You" to his dad ever before sorta just applies to me also, I have not told my dad those 3 words before too.. Well I'm glad I can see him in the heavenly realms as he has received the LoRD into his heart 1/2 a year before his death and thank God for that. Dad and Mom I love YOU!! Hope everyones takes this Father's Day to show much you appreciate your fathers as well as your heavenly Father!

Missing someone dear..

In probably another 1 and a half mths, mom is flying off to Australia to work and probably live there for the rest of her life.. Though this means having the car all to myself. It is during this time where I just want my mom to stay in Singapore rather than go overseas. Although, we(siblings and I) are ok with it, it is very different when talking to your mom over msn and seeing her using a webcam as compared to having fellowship with your mom face to face and seeing her in reality. Currently facing some problems with relatives being worried that once my mom goes over, my siblings and I are gonna find it tough to manage the household on our own. I pray that God will help me as the eldest to do my best to lighten the burden of my mom. Lord I trust that you will provide!
P.S. To all you people out there who read this, treasure your parents no matter how much they nagged at you or sometimes misunderstand you.. You don't know how blessed you are to have your parents with you everyday, even though some of you aren't close to them.

Seems tt an online journal i sthe in thing nowadays.. gotta go with the flow eh? Anyway tis being the first post, wanna talk bout the dinner with the Music Team, wow it was the first sorta outing for the musicians and am glad to see that everyone of us had fun during the dinner and of coz sharing bout the camp. I would say tt the Tommy Tenney msg during the camp spoke to each and every musician during the camp and that no matter how badly we play our instruments, God still enjoys our way of worship if we go to Him with a humble heart and just worship Him, being totally focussed on Him. It doesn't matter how high u lift ur hands, or whether ur singing in tune or with fantastic solo performances by the individual instruments.. wow.. God really enjoys our imperfect earthly worship as compared to the perfect heavenly praise.. Lastly for whoever is reading this.. don't wait till the next Speedlight camp or rally.. God does not touch u becoz of the camp or becoz there are alot of people, but God's presence will touch you even if its just a simple worship song before your devotion. Haha hey i'm getting the hang of it!
